HENGERT is engaged in an organized, systematic and controlled raising of snails.
Production is conducted on highly controlled farms, while taking care of the best world standards and agrotechnical solutions. Process of production is constantly being improved by the means of experimental farms. By doing so, our constant efforts and endeavors are aimed at achieving better quality and larger volume of production.

Organic Food Production

Great demand for healthy food causes large and controlled production in order to satisfy the market, and at the same time to protect the nature balance. In many countries, protection of certain cultures is strictly regulated by the law.
EU members have completely banned collecting snails from nature.

HENGERT snails are raised in controlled conditions, both indoors and outdoors.

Customers requirements

We are always there and available for our customers.
We are in a possibility to deliver:
-alive snail, packed as agreed;
-operculated snail, packed as agreed.

We have to point out a specific offer which refers to the possibility of snail processing, i.e. the possibility to deliver a semi-product to our customers (ex. snail in salty solution, packed as agreed,...)
